We require a leadlight glazier to join our small but perfectly formed team. We are extremely busy and need an extra pair of hands for all the typical work carried out in the restoration/conservation of stained glass windows.

We are based near Cambridge and seek an addition to our team.

We work in churches and historic buildings in the East Anglia region, ranging from in-situ repairs to large-scale releading and EPG projects. We also indulge in the odd new design, which employees are encouraged to design for, or enjoy the various techniques required to make them, such as painting, acid-etching and sandblasting.

A new recruit would be able to enjoy all aspects of each project, seeing each job through from beginning to end, rather than having to focus only on a few aspects, as is often the case in larger studios. All members of the team will do some site work too which completes their skill-base and enables them to see their completed work fitted, so a good head for heights is essential.

As we are in a rural location in Ashdon, Essex, near Saffron Walden, you would need to drive, so a clean British driving licence is a must.
