Worked as a telephone engineer for 34 years in the Derbyshire Peak district which gave me inspiration for my glass work which I took up some 12 years ago. Mainly work now in stained glass both foiled and leaded. My pieces take a long time to make as I was retired due to Muscular dystrophy 6 years ago and this impedes my dexterity. Glass has always given me a great deal of pleasure and makes me think and appreciate the beauty of our surroundings.
