This four day course, run from my own studio in Surrey, will give you a unique insight into my creative process and inspirations, alongside technical teaching and demonstrations including the opportunity to experiment with my lost ice casting technique.

We will explore the fundamental qualities of standard studio materials that can enable spontaneity in the model and mould making process. We will be focusing on ephemera and a sense of movement in materials aiming to translate this into cast glass objects.

During the course you will create 3 experimental moulds and cast them into glass using direct model and mould making techniques, including one lost ice piece.
