Joy Funnell

Joy is a Senior Art Clay Instructor and a Craftsman of the Guild of Enamellers. She lives and works in Hastings, East Sussex, UK, and is known for her colourful 'joyful' work. Recently Joy has been experimenting more with glass and is now incorporating tiny glass drop outs into her work.

I’m passionate about colours and textures in my work combining traditional enamel, glass and silver to create vibrant, unique and fun pieces. To see a rainbow will always bring a smile to my face. I try to be – Joy by name and Joyful by nature.
