Jasminka Begić
I am a painter and glass artist from Croatia. I graduated painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. Even as a student I discovered my love for glass and this need to research it took me to Austria , to Glasmalerei Schlierbach, a monastery with a long tradition of glass processing, where I learned the fusion technique. I participated in a number of exhibitions in Croatia and abroad, and I am a member of the Croatian Society of Fine Artists.
