Leona designs and creates unique and colourful fused glass gifts made in Ayrshire. She designs various ranges of Scottish birds, fish, butterflies and Dichroic glass jewellery, all in uplifting bright colours with hand-painted details and mounted on locally sourced wood bases. Her glass can be found in many galleries and shops including the Burrell Collection. Leona has been a full time glass artist for over 20 years and also offers learning experiences in her workshop in Ayr. She also accepts commissions for bespoke window and door panels, garden sculptures and lighting. She is also a member of Scottish Glass Society & Contemporary Glass Society.

I am a glass artist, living and working in Ayr, Scotland. I work in the traditional medium of stained glass and make lamps, mirrors, window panels and carry out repair work. Having recently been on two courses at Northlands Glass, I also now work with fused glass, painted glass and gravity drop vessels which I also transform into light shades. I also run classes in my workshop in Ayr for adults and children and have worked with local authorities on various project in glass and mosaic and run CPD sessions for teachers.
