Member’s Spotlight

Originally a Fine Artist working in Manchester, until being smitten by glass some 14 years ago. Now based in Guildford, Louisa produces exquisite kiln formed pieces and cast glass sculptures inspired by the natural forms in nature and the glorious local countryside. She conveys this by adding a range of hues across the glass, achieving further depth to the glass forms. The glass forms are voluptuous shapes moulded in clay, highlighted with texture to become unique glass sculptures. Her work can be seen at the Gallery, within RHS Wisley.
