Molten 1090 are Hiring - Mid-Level Glassblowing Manager
We’re looking for a Mid-Level Glassblowing Manager to join our London studio - someone with 2–3 years of glassblowing experience who’s ready to take on a role that blends making, teaching, and studio management.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team producing Molten 1090’s collections, commissions, and classes. The role involves hands-on glassblowing and coldworking, overseeing daily studio operations, and supporting a safe, organised, and creative workspace.

We’re after someone who’s technically skilled, methodical, and curious - with an eye for detail and a genuine passion for the craft. Experience managing workflow, ordering materials, or teaching in a studio environment would be a big plus.

🗓 4–5 days a week (Combination of Weekdays & Weekends)
