Member’s Spotlight

Cara Louise Walker is a Glasgow-based designer-maker specialising in glass, with a background in jewellery. Her practice is rooted in themes of memory, nostalgia and sensory experience. Working primarily with core cast glass, Cara explores how internal forms shape the way we experience an object — transforming negative space into a visible presence and creating a dialogue between absence and form.
