Irina Levina

I entered the world of glass art after my background in ceramics, discovering a medium uniquely suited for creating a wide range of works, from figurative art to abstraction. Glass is an absolutely honest material; its transparency serves as a true mirror to our relationship with the world. During my Master’s studies at the Stroganov Academy, I deeply researched contemporary glass sculpture from all around the world. This extensive research expanded my artistic horizon and inspires my own work. My choice of technique depends on the specific project and available technical conditions, as I remain open to experiments and new creative challenges.
