Keith Dymond

A major stroke in 2019 left Keith with a paralysed left arm and leg; however turning to his passion through bleak times and pandemic isolation, Keith learnt to re-use his arm and hand to regain his capability. His work is now internationally recognised by the International Biennial of Glass, (IBG ) selection panel in 2025 , with work exhibited at the permanent exhibition of glass in Tryvana through 2026 . In addition Keiths work is shortlisted for the 2026 8th Edition of the John Ruskin Prize and will be exhibited at the renowned Trinity Buoy Wharf Gallery 29-01-26 to 21 -02-26 . Keith continues to explore the limits of glass and is evolving forms and texture to his work with an interest in naturally induced regularity. Keith also offers workshops and courses exploring the history of glass with entertaining, interactive and animated audio-visual presentations often accompanied by a practical demonstration to art societies around the country.

Update Jan 2026 – Keith’s Work nominated for the 2026 John Ruskin Art Prize. The piece will be exhibited at the prestigious Trinity Buoy Wharf London through February 2026. Selected from an international entry of over four thousand entries. The piece will be displayed with a handful of shortlisted entries. My thanks to the prestigious selection panel. Meanwhile a new project for ancient warriors is unfolding and experimenting with deep formed pate de’ verre.
