Lottie Eastwood
Hello, and welcome in!
I’m Lottie, a mixed-media ceramics and glass artist from the UK, currently based in Hampshire. In 2026 I graduated from the University for Creative Arts, with a First Class Bachelor's Degree in Ceramics and Glass. I continue to hone and develop my technical and conceptual skills through experiences that I hope to broaden my network and community. An example of this was being invited to study abroad at Massachusetts College of Art and Design during my BA, and connecting with other artists and individuals along my journey. The most important and invaluable thing to me, is to create the opportunity to develop connections to others through art, which having experienced such a joy first hand, has been an invaluable experience, and one I hope to help replicate for others.
Currently my work centres around Trees, communities and cultures. Exploring the reverence and respect invoked by trees, celebrating ways they connect people, cultures and communities across places, perspectives and planes of existence, living and beyond. Through something beautiful, warm and inviting. Incorporating celebration, myth and legend. My use of glass as a creative medium weaves between the balance of ‘ethereal and otherworldly’; grounded by the wooden discs that accompany each piece and shaped by the mythology of each individual tree
from which bark impressions are taken.
