Member’s Spotlight

I am a visual artist working primarily with a combination of porcelain and glass. I aim to encourage people to pause, look twice and think about the increasing rate of species extinction. After completing a degree in Fine Art as a mature student, I am now continuing my studies towards an MA in Creative Practice. A career as a veterinary nurse and a lifetime surrounded by animals has left its mark – I have found that I return to animals and nature for inspiration. I discovered a new interest in watching birds during lockdown and they are the focus for my current work.
