I have been trying to push the glass to its limits and making new experiments with it since I have started working with this medium.I think of wastes as an artistic material, the presence of something residual and processes of things that happened or have been.I recycle paper to make hand made paper and then I produce hand-made glass paper which I called it “Flexible glass sheet”which is simply paper, covered by glass frits and powder. I fold my one dimensional flexible glass sheet into three dimensional forms.Ppaer which is an organic material burns (death) and from its ashes my glass forms born The use of sand as molding material is also symbolically refers to the cycle of life and re-creation, re-generation and re generation. I try to express what different materials have in common or in contrast with each other and how they react when they are back to their origin. I use glass to explain the consistency, Fragility, mortality, immortality and subtleness of human being, life and the nature.

My work at present is focused on the concept that we are so genetically programmed to connect with nature that we experience satisfaction when we strip the seeds from a stem of grass.

I exclusively do cold work with float glass, using various techniques of etching, engraving, bevelling, polishing, colouring and bonding. Some of these I have developped myself. Every piece is unique.
