My recent work uses foiled glass, wire and mirror to create 3d pieces. I incorporate figures in relation to flights of birds and often the environment which surrounds them. The birds are usually taking flight and the people often in quiet reflection, it is that balance between the tensions of life and the possibilities of movement and escape.

Recently I have been writing and illustrating picture books, these often inspire new glass works.
